How Do I Get My SonicAire Fan Repaired?

Video Transcript:

If your SonicAire fan isn’t working like it used to, you’re probably asking: ‘How do I get this thing repaired-fast?’
We get it. Whether it’s due to age, wear, or something unexpected, downtime isn’t just annoying-it can impact your compliance and safety.
I’m Jordan with SonicAire, and today we’re talking about fan repair because when your dust control system goes down, so does your peace of mind.
Dust builds up in overhead spaces. And now you’re worried about inspections, NFPA compliance, or worse-safety hazards from combustible dust.
And we know one thing: no plant manager wants to be caught off guard.
SonicAire fans are built tough for decades of service, but occasionally, after years of wear and tear or lack of maintenance, things can break.
If you notice a fan not performing correctly, you’ve got options.
At SonicAire, we offer three repair paths:
Factory Service (where you send the fan to us)
Field Service (where we come to you), or
Self-repair (with our support)
No matter which route you choose-we’re here to help.
Option 1: Factory Service – Our best value with upgrade options available
Contact our service team and we’ll give you a free quote with a clear “not-to-exceed” price-so there are no surprises. We’ll guide you through packaging your fan for shipment and can even help arrange transportation if needed. Once we receive your fan, it will undergo our 16-point Certified Inspection. All repairs will be done with SonicAire OEM parts, and we’ll update all possible parts with our latest technology. We’ve got over 20 years of dust control fan innovation, and some of our advancements can be applied to legacy fans as upgrades.
Option 2: Field Service – We Come to You
If you can’t remove the fan or need help during a shutdown, our technicians can come to your plant.
We’ll conduct our full on-site 16-point inspection and repair anything broken. We’ll even recommission the unit. We can also combine the visit with team training for ongoing maintenance. This is a great option for fan fleets or emergency fixes. We’ll bring factory-level service right to your door.
Option 3: Do-It-Yourself Repair
Got skilled technicians or a trusted contractor on-site? You might be able to handle the repair yourself. And we’ll support you every step of the way. Contact our tech support to get the right certified parts and speak directly with our trained technical staff. You’ll get guidance on what to look for and the easiest way to get your fan back into service. We’ve helped many teams successfully repair their own fans-and we’re always just a phone call or email away.
If you don’t like surprises and you’d like to avoid repairs altogether, then one of our Preventive Maintenance Programs might be right for you.
We’ll inspect, service, and maintain your fans regularly so they stay in top condition. That means:
* Less downtime
* Fewer surprises and
* Longer fan life
It’s an outsourced solution that saves your team time-and keeps your facility in compliance without the scramble.
However you choose to maintain or repair your SonicAire fans, we’re here to help.
