INTRO
Hey everyone. I’m Taylor Andrews, and welcome to the SonicAire Customer Services Series.
These videos are here to support customers who have already purchased a SonicAire fan system.
We’ll walk through installation and commissioning expectations so you know exactly what happens next and how to prepare.
You chose SonicAire because you want a safer, cleaner facility—without the constant headache of manual dust cleaning.
If you’ve selected Platinum Installation Service, you’ve chosen SonicAire’s most comprehensive installation option.
This video will walk you through what Platinum installation includes and what to expect during the process.
WHY PLATINUM INSTALLATION EXISTS
Installing a SonicAire system requires both mechanical installation and electrical integration.
For some facilities, coordinating multiple contractors can slow down the process or create confusion about responsibilities.
Platinum Installation simplifies this by allowing SonicAire to manage both mechanical and electrical installation, providing a fully turnkey installation solution.
WHAT PLATINUM INSTALLATION INCLUDES
With Platinum Installation Service, SonicAire provides:
This approach allows SonicAire to oversee the installation process and ensure the system is installed according to our engineering and safety standards.
STEP 1: INSTALLATION PLANNING
Before installation begins, our team will coordinate with your facility to confirm:
This planning step ensures the installation can move forward efficiently once our team arrives on site.
STEP 2: TURNKEY INSTALLATION
Once onsite, SonicAire technicians will complete both the mechanical and electrical installation of your fan system.
During this stage, our team will:
Handling both mechanical and electrical work allows the project to move forward without waiting for multiple contractors.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ELECTRICAL PANELS
While Platinum Installation is designed to be a turnkey installation, there is one important item to understand.
In most facilities, the circuit breaker or electrical capacity for the fan system inside the main electrical panel is the customer’s responsibility.
In other words, the electrical panel must have an available breaker space or capacity for the SonicAire system before installation begins.
Upgrading or supplying a new breaker inside the panel can sometimes be included as an additional service, but in most installations this preparation is handled by the facility.
Confirming this ahead of time helps prevent delays once installation begins.
STEP 3: COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING
After installation is complete, SonicAire will perform field commissioning of the system.
This includes:
At the end of commissioning, your system will be ready to operate as designed.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER
Even with a turnkey installation, a few things help the process go smoothly.
Customers should ensure:
This helps our team complete the project safely and efficiently.
